The Reasons
         It is not spiritually good to keep long nails because of the following reasons:
  1. This world is God’s own school for humanity, and your body is the first class room.

  2. You are expected to pay less attention to the things of the world so that you can have more time for the things of God.

  3. Keeping long nails, makes people spend so much time on their body, which is a thing of the world.

  4. By so doing, people build up their personal ego, whereas Jesus said that people should deny themselves.

  5. Long nail is a character of destructive animals, which have devouring ability.

  6. The evil spirits, demons, mermaids and ghosts like long nails, because during fight or quarrel, they can make people do harm to their fellow human beings.

  7. The space between the nails and tips of the fingers create space for evil spirits to store evil potencies and demonic powers.

  8. Long nails encourage dirtiness, which is a way of inviting and keeping demons.

  9. Because long nails accumulate dirt, they transfer the dirt into your food, when you cook or eat food.
