Meaning Of Transmigration
Transmigration is the reality of a soul or spirit, leaving a particular body to indwell another body.
  1. Any Bible Evidence?
Many people would say that such a spiritual activity is not possible. But, several bible records show that transmigration is true and frequent in both Old and New Testaments.

  2. Physical Reality
Lobsang Rampa, in one of his books, made it clear that when his body became old and incapacitated for him to continue and complete his work here on earth, his spirit guides (Guardian Angels) transferred his spirit to another body. The owner of the second body did not want to continue living on earth. After the process of transmigration, it took him time before he became accustomed to the new body.

  3. During Prayers And Worship
Among the Sabbatharians, transmigration is a very common practice, often witnessed during prayers and worship. The Angels come down, take over the body of one of the ministers, and then minister and speak to the congregation. People usually call this anointing, which do manifest in the form of random movements.

Bible Evidences
1. Now all Judah, with their little ones, their wives, and their children, stood before the Lord.

Then the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly. 15 And he said, "Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you:'Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's. 16 Tomorrow go down against them. They will surely come up by the Ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the brook before the Wilderness of Jeruel. 17 You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!' Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you."

And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem bowed before the Lord, worshiping the Lord. 2 Chronicles 20:13-18

The above account shows that the Holy Spirit or an Angel of the Lord, took over the body of Jahaziel And used the body to speak and deliver God’s messages.

2. When Moses complained that the burden of leading the Israelites was too heavy for him, God took some of his spirit and distributed the same spirit to seventy elders.

Then Moses heard the people weeping throughout their families, everyone at the door of his tent; and the anger of the Lord was greatly aroused; Moses also was displeased. 11 So Moses said to the Lord, "Why have You afflicted Your servant? And why have I not found favour in Your sight, that You have laid the burden of all these people on me? 12 Did I conceive all these people? Did I beget them, that You should say to me, ‘Carry them in your bosom, as a guardian carries a nursing child,' to the land which You swore to their fathers? 13 Where am I to get meat to give to all these people? For they weep all over me, saying, 'Give us meat, that we may eat.' 14 I am not able to bear all these people alone, because the burden is too heavy for me. 15 If You treat me like this, please kill me here and now — if I have found favour in Your sight — and do not let me see my wretchedness!"

So the Lord said to Moses: "Gather to Me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; bring them to the tabernacle of meeting, that they may stand there with you. 17 Then I will come down and talk with you there. I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you may not bear it yourself alone…

So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord, and he gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tabernacle. 25 Then the Lord came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders ; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they never did so again.

But two men had remained in the camp: the name of one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad. And the Spirit rested upon them. Now they were among those listed, but who had not gone out to the tabernacle; yet they prophesied in the camp. 27 And a young man ran and told Moses, and said, "Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp." Numbers 11:10-27

3. On the Pentecost Day, the Holy Spirit transmigrated into the disciples and empowered then (used their bodies to speak different language of the world.)

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. 6 And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. 7 Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, "Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? 8 And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? 9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, 11 Cretans and Arabs — we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God." 12 So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, "Whatever could this mean?" Acts 2:1-12

4. It means that multiple transmigrations took place on the day of the Pentecost Feast.

Transmigration In Spirit
From the bible, we learm more facts and examples:
  1. Transmigration can take place in spirit, just as a person who sleeping can be dreaming inside another dream.

  2. For example, in some parts of the bible, an Angel of the Lord may be speaking. The same account will say that it was God speaking. In the same account, God takes over, from within the angel, to speak to the person having the spiritual encounter. The was the case with Moses at the burning bush.

Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. 2 And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. 3 Then Moses said, "I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn."

So when the Lord saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, "Moses, Moses!" And he said, "Here I am."

Then He said, "Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground." 6 Moreover He said, “I am the God of your father — the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob." And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.

And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. 8 So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites. 9 Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them. 10 Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt." Exodus 3:1-11

  3. The angel of he Lord led the way for the Israelites, from Egypt to the Promised Land. The angel of the Lord was also God Almighty, because God was in the angel.

And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. 22 He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people. Exodus 13:21-22

"Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. 21 Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him. Exodus 23:20-21

It this angel that the Israelites were seeing as pillar of light and pillar of cloud, because their level of spiritual vibration was very low compared to that of the angel. Just as fan blades appear three and separate when the blades are not moving. But, once the blades are in higher motion, they appear like moving wind, moving light cloud or moving shadow in a circular shape.

  4. The name of God is God, because in spirit, everything and its name are one. In other words, God is within the angel, who is leading the Israelites from Egypt to the Promised Land. Every angel of God has two personalities – himself and the God in him. Spiritually, a being can indwell another being, just as a light can shine within another light, with none of the light neither disturbing nor tainting the other.

  5. Personally, on several occasions, I have experienced transmigration in spirit. I do find myself speaking. Suddenly, God would take over, within me, to be saying the same thing, either in continuity or in confirmation.
Conclusions
The realities in spirit are not what a person can see with the ordinary eyes and senses. You have to open your spiritual eyes before you can see the things of the spirit. The fact that you do not believe it does not make the reality of transmigration null and void. Just as the sun is shining above, whether the blind man believes it or not.

You can now begin to understand that the numerous religions and their diverse churches, ministries and fellowship are not teaching people the spiritual realities of life. They are merely repeating what is recorded in the scriptures, whereas they were called to teach the main points and explain them with details.

Blessed is he that humble himself to study spiritual science, and practise the same, for he shall surely find and know the Truth that sets free. All the while, the Christians, born agains or believers and their religious leaders have shown that they are spiritually blind, ignorant and lazy Christians.
