The Trial,

Peter’s Denial And Judgement

Of

Jesus Christ

By

The Twelve Apostles

Jesus Before Caiaphas
The mob led Jesus to the palace hall of Caiaphas, who was the high priest of the Israelites. The court had been convened, and all the galleries were packed with Scribes and Pharisees already sworn as witnesses against the Lord. The maid who kept the palace door knew John, and this Apostle asked that he and Peter be admitted to the hall. The maid permitted them to enter in, and John went in; but Peter was afraid and stayed in the outer court.

Peter Denies Jesus Three Times
The woman said to Peter, as he stood beside the door, “Are you a follower of this man from Galilee?”
And Peter said, “No, I am not.”

The men who had brought Jesus to the hall sat by a fire in the outer court, because the night was cool, and Peter sat with them. Another maid, who waited in the place, saw Peter and she said to him, “You are surely from Galilee; your speech is that of Galilee; you are a follower of this man.” And Peter said, “I know not what you mean. I do not even know this man.”

And then a servant of Caiaphas, one of those who seized the Lord and brought him to the court, saw Peter and he said to him, “Did I not see you in the orchard of Massalian with this seditious Nazarene? I am sure I did, and you are one of those who followed him.” Then Peter rose and stamped upon the floor, and swore by every sacred thing, that he knew not the ‘criminal’.

Now, when Jesus Christ heard the words and knew that Peter had denied Him, He looked at Peer in sheer astonishment. Just then a cock crew loud beneath the court, and Peter called to mind the words the Lord had said, “Before the cock shall crow tomorrow morning, you will deny me three times.” And Peter's conscience smote him heavily, and he went out into the night and wept.

The Forged Documents And False Judgment
Caiaphas sat in state; before him stood the man from Galilee. Caiaphas said, “You people of Jerusalem, who is the man that you accuse?”
They answered, “In the name of every loyal Israelite, we do accuse this man from Galilee, this Jesus, who assumes to be our king, as enemy of God and humanity.”

Caiaphas said to Jesus, “Man, you are permitted now to speak and tell about your doctrines and your claims.”
And Jesus said, “You priest of carnal man, why do you ask about my words and works? Behold I have taught the multitudes in every public place; I have restored your sick to health; have caused your deaf to hear, your lame to walk, and I have brought your dead to life again. My works have not been done in secret place but in your public halls and streets. Go and ask the people, who have not been bought with gold or glittering promises, to tell about my words and works.”

When Jesus had thus said, a Jewish guard came up and smote Him in the face and said, “How dare you speak in this manner to him, the high priest of the Israelites?”
And Jesus said, “If I have spoken falsely, bear witness of what I said; If I have told the truth, why did you smite me as you have done?”

And then Caiaphas said, “Whatever you say or do, do in a legal way, for we must answer to a higher court for everything we do or say. Let the accusers of this man present their charges in a legal form.”

And then Caiaphas' scribe stood forth and said, “I have the accusations here in legal form; the charges made and signed by Scribes and priests and Pharisees.”
Caiaphas said, “Be still, you men, and hear the charges read.”

The scribe took up a roll and read:

To the Sanhedrim of the Israelites;

and to Caiaphas the high priest, most honoured men:

The highest duty man can render to his nation and his own is to protect them from their foes. The people of Jerusalem are conscious that a mighty foe is in their very midst. A man named Yahoshua has come forth and claims to be heir to David's throne. As an imposter, He is a foe; and in the name of every loyal Israelite, we hereby submit these charges which we are competent to prove:

At first, He blasphemes God; He says He is son of God; that He and God are one;. And He profanes our holy days by healing, and doing other works upon the Sabbath Day. And He proclaims Himself the king, successor of our David and our Solomon. And He declares that He will tear down our temple and build it up again in form more glorious in three days. And He declares that He will drive the people from Jerusalem, as He drove out the traders from the temple court; and bring to occupy our sacred hills a tribe of men that do not know God. And He declare that every doctor, scribe and Pharisee and Sadducee, shall go in exile, and shall never more return. And to these charges we do set our hands and seals. Annas. Simon. Abinadab. Annanias. Joash. Azaniah. Hezekiah.

Now, after the scribe had read the charges, all the people called for blood; they said, “Let such a wretch be stoned; let Him be crucified.”
Caiaphas said, “You men of Israel, do you sustain the charges of these men?”
A hundred men who had been bribed, stood forth to testify; they swore that every charge was true.

Caiaphas said to Jesus, “Man, have you any word to say? Are you the son of God?”
And Jesus said, “So you have said,” and then He said no more.

Jesus Before The Sanhedrim
When Jesus would not speak, Caiaphas stood before the Israelites mob and said, “Bind fast the prisoner, for he must go before the great Sanhedrim of the Israelites to answer for his life. We cannot execute a criminal until our findings have been verified by this, the highest council of the Israelites.”

As soon as it was day, the highest council of the people met; the Lord and His accusers stood before the bar. Caiaphas was the chief; he rose and said, “Let the accusers of this man from Galilee bring forth their charges and their evidence.” Caiaphas' scribe stood forth and read the charges and the names of those who had accused the man from Galilee. And all the witnesses were made to stand and testify before the council of the Israelites. And then, the lawyers weighed the evidence, and Nicodemus stood among the men who plead.

He raised his hands and said, “Let justice now be done, though every scribe and Pharisee and priest and Sadducee, as well as Jesus, the accused, be judged a liar. If we can prove this Jesus to be foe and traitor to our laws and land, let Him be judged a criminal and suffer for His crimes. If it be proved that these who testify are liars in the sight of God and man, then let the man from Galilee go free.” And then, he brought the testimonies of the witnesses before the judges of the law; no two of them agreed; In heat of passion, or for gain, the men had testified. The council would have gladly judged that Jesus was a criminal and sentence Him to death; but in the face of all the evidence they were afraid.

And then Caiaphas said, “You man from Galilee, before the living God, I now command that you shall answer me, are you the Christ, the son of God?”
And Jesus said, “If I would answer, Yes, you would not hear, nor yet believe. If I would answer, No, I would be like your witnesses, and stand a liar in the sight of man and God. But this I say. The time will come when you will see the son of man upon the throne of power and coming in the clouds of heaven.”
And then Caiaphas rent his clothes and said, “Have you not heard enough? Did you not hear His abominable blasphemous words? What further need have we of witnesses? What shall we do with Him?”
The people said, “Put him to death.”

And then, the mob rushed up and spit into His face, and struck Him with their hands. And then they bound a cloth over His eyes and smote Him in the face and said, “You are a prophet; tell us who it was who smote you in the face.” And Jesus answered not, and like a lamb before his shearer He, the man from Galilee, resisted not.

Caiaphas said, “We cannot put a man to death, until the Roman ruler shall confirm the sentence of this court. So, take this criminal away and Pilate will endorse what we have done.” And then Jesus was dragged along the way up to the palace of the Roman governor.

About The Rent Clothe

When Caiaphas rent his clothe, he did not know what he did. He defeated himself, and made public the fact that he was not worthy to be a high priest of God. That renting of clothe meant that he was compulsorily removed, dismissed, from being the chief priest of God, because The Laws And Prophecies Of Yahweh forbade the presets from tearing their clothes.

Jesus Before Pilate And Herod
Into the palace of the Roman governor the Israelites would not enter, lest they become defiled and be unworthy to attend the feast; but they led Jesus to the palace court, and Pilate met them there. And Pilate said, “Why this commotion in the early day? What is your desire?”
The Israelites replied, “We bring before you one, an evil and seditious man. He has been tried before the highest council of the Israelites and has been proven traitor to our laws, our state and to the government of Rome. We pray that you will sentence Him to death upon the cross.”

And Pilate said, “Why do you bring Him here? Go and judge Him yourselves. You have a law, and by the sanction of the Roman law, you have a right to judge and right to execute.”
The Israelites replied, “We have no right to execute a man upon the cross, and since this man is traitor to Tiberius, our counsellors believe that He should meet the most humiliating death - the death upon the cross.”
But Pilate said, “No man can be found guilty of a crime by Roman law, until all the testimony is in, and the accused has been permitted to defend himself. So I will take your bill of charges, with the evidence you have, and judge by Roman law.”
The Israelites had made a copy of the accusations in the language of the Roman court, and they had added to the bill: “We charge that Jesus is an enemy of Rome; that He demands that men shall pay no tribute to Tiberius.”

And Pilate took the bill; his guards led Jesus up the steps into the palace hall. And Jesus stood before the Roman governor, and Pilate read to him the charges of the Israelites, and said, “What is your answer to this bill? These charges, are they true or false?”
And Jesus said, “Why should I plead before an earthly court? The charges have been verified by dishonest men; what need I say? . Yes, I am a king; but carnal men cannot behold the king, nor see the kingdom of the God; it is within. If I had been a king as carnal man is king, my servants would have stood in my defence, and I would not have willingly surrendered to the liars, unreliable false judges and witnesses, of the Israelites law. I have no testimony from the sons of men. God is my witness, and my words and deeds bear witness to the truth; and every man who comprehends the truth will hearken to my words, and in his soul give witness unto me.”

And Pilate said, “What is the truth?”
And Jesus said, “Truth is the God who knows. It is the Changeless One. The Holy Spirit is truth; He does not change and is everlasting.”

And Pilate went again unto the Israelites and said, “This man is guilty of no crime; I cannot sentence Him to death.”
And then the Israelites grew boisterous; they cried aloud and said, “Our council surely knows. The wisest men of all the land have found Him guilty of a number of crimes.”
He would corrupt the nation of the Israelites; would overthrow the Roman rule and make Himself the king. He is a culprit come from Galilee; He must be crucified.”
And Pilate said, “If Jesus is from Galilee, He is a subject of the governor of Galilee, who should be judge.”

Now, Herod had come down from Galilee and with his suite was in Jerusalem. And Pilate sent to him the Lord in chains; he also sent a copy of the charges, and of the testimonies of the Israelites and asked that he would pass in judgment on the case.

And Herod said, “I have heard much about this man and I am pleased to see Him in my court.” And then he asked the Lord about His claims, about His doctrines and His aims. And Jesus answered not a word; and Herod was enraged; he said, “Do you insult the ruler of the land by answering not?”
And then he called his guards and said, “Take you this man and torture Him until He answers me.”
The guards took Jesus and they smote Him; mocked Him; wrapped Him in a royal robe; they made a crown of thorns and put it on His head; they put a broken reed into His hands. And then they said mockingly, “All hail, you royal king! Where are your subjects and your friends?” But Jesus answered not a word.

Then Herod De Tetrarch sent Him back to Pilate with this note of courtesy: “Most worthy counsellor of Rome, I have examined all the charges and the testimonies that you sent to me regarding this rebellious man from Galilee, and while I might adjudge Him guilty of the crimes as charged, I yield to you my rights as judge, because you are superior to me in power. I will approve of any judgment you may render in this case.” Now, Pilate and the tetrarch had been foes, but the experience of this hour destroyed their enmity and they were friends in after days, thenceforth.

When Jesus had been brought again to Pilate's court, the Roman Governor stood forth before the accusers of the Lord and said, “I cannot find this Nazarene to be a criminal as charged; there is no evidence that He should suffer death; so I will scourge Him well and let Him go.”
The Israelites cried angrily, “It is not good that such a dangerous man should live; He must be crucified.”
Then Pilate said, “I bid you wait a little time.” And then he went into an inner room and sat in silent thought.

And as he considered, his wife, a Godly woman, chosen from among the Gauls, came in and said, “I pray you, Pilate, hearken unto me: Beware of what you do this hour. Touch not this man from Galilee; He is a holy man. If you should scourge this man, you scourge the son of God. Last night, I saw it all in vision far too vivid to be set aside as idle dream. I saw this man walk on the waters of the sea; I heard Him speak and calm an angry storm; I saw Him flying with the wings of light. I saw Jerusalem in blood; I saw the statues of the Caesars fall; I saw a veil before the sun, and day was dark as night. The earth on which I stood was shaken like a reed before the wind. I tell you, Pilate, if you bathe your hands in this man's blood, then you may dread the frowns of great Tiberius, and the curses of the senators of Rome.”. Then she left, and Pilate wept.

Pilate's Final Effort To Release Jesus Fails
A superstitious people are the Israelites. They have a faith that they have borrowed from the idol worshippers of other lands, that at the end of every year, that they may heap all their sins upon the head of some man set apart to bear their sins. The man becomes a scapegoat for the multitudes; and they believe that when they drive him forth into the wilds, or into foreign lands, they are released from sin. So every spring, before the feast, they chose a prisoner from the prisons of the land, and by a form their own, by their own false beliefs and wrong practices, they thought that they would make him bear their sins away.

Among the Israelite prisoners in Jerusalem were three who were the leaders of a dreadful, dangerous band, who had engaged in thefts, murders and rape, and had been sentenced to be crucified. Barabbas Bar Jezia was among the men who were to die; but he was rich and he had bought from the priests the advantage to be scapegoat for the people at the coming feast, and he was anxiously in waiting for his hour of release to come. Now, Pilate thought to turn this superstition account to save the Lord, and so he went again before the Israelites and said, “You men of Israel, according to your custom, I will release to you today a prisoner who shall bear you sins away. This man you drive into the wildernesses, forest or into foreign lands, and you have asked me to release Barabbas, who has been proven guilty of the murder of a score of men. Now, hear me men, Let Jesus be released, and let Barabbas pay his debt upon the cross; then you can send this Jesus to the wildernesses and hear no more of Him.”

Pilate Washes His Hands And Delivers Jesus To Be Crucified

At what the ruler said the people were enraged, and they began to plot to tear the Roman palace down and drive Pilate, his household and his guards to exile. When Pilate was assured that civil war would follow, if he heeded not the wishes of the mob, he took a bowl of water and in the presence of the multitude, he washed his hands and said, “This man whom you accuse is son of the most holy God, and I proclaim my innocence. If you would shed His blood, His blood is on your hands and not on mine.”
And then the Israelites exclaimed, “And let his blood be on our hands and on our children's hands.”

And Pilate trembled like a leaf, in fear. Barabbas he released and as the Lord stood forth before the mob, the ruler said, “Behold your king! And would you put to death your king?”
The Israelites replied, “He is no king; we have no king but great Tiberius.”

Now, Pilate would not give consent that Roman soldiers should involve their hands in the blood of innocence, and so the chief priests and the Pharisees took counsel what to do with Jesus, who was called the Christ. Caiaphas said, “We cannot crucify this man; He must be stoned to death and nothing more.”
And then the mob said, “Make haste! Let Him be stoned.”

Brutality

The Soldiers Mock Jesus

And then they led him forth toward the hill beyond the city's gates, where criminals were put to death. The mob could not wait until they reached the place of skulls. As soon as they had passed the city's gate, they rushed upon Him, smote Him with their hands, they spit upon Him, stoned him, and He fell upon the ground. And one, a man of God, stood forth and said, “Isaiah said, ‘He shall be bruised for our transgressions and by His stripes we shall be healed.’ ”

As Jesus lay all bruised and mangled on the ground, a Pharisee called out, “Stay, stay you men! Behold, the guards of Herod come and they will crucify this man.”
And there beside the city's gate they found Barabbas's cross; and then the frenzied mob cried out, “Let Him be crucified.” Caiaphas and the other ruling Israelites came forth and gave consent. And then they lifted Jesus from the ground, and at the point of swords they drove Him on.

And the soldiers led him away inside the palace (that is, the praetorium); and they called together the whole battalion. And they clothed him in a purple cloak, and plaiting a crown of thorns they put it on him. And they began to salute him, “Hail, King of the Jews!” And they struck his head with a reed, and spat upon him, and they knelt down in homage to him. And when they had mocked him, they stripped him of the purple cloak, and put his own clothes on him. And they led him out to crucify him. Mark 15:16-20

Simon Helps Jesus Carry The Cross

A man named Simon, a friend of Jesus, was near the scene, and since the bruised and wounded Jesus could not bear His cross, they laid it on the shoulders of this man and made him bear it on to Calvary.

Pray And Watch Against Temptations

1.     Always pray God to deliver you from bad prophecies.

2.     Do not think or boast that you can deliver yourself

3.     Also, be as wise and humble as Peter, to readily admit your offences and ask for forgiveness.

4.     Failure to do so leads to hell fire.

5.     Trying to prove yourself right or by complaining will only land you inside the hell fire.

6.     In your daily prayers, whenever you recite Our Lord’s Prayer, do say, “Do not allow us to fall into temptation,” for the Lord does not tempt anyone.

7.     And do not boast of what you can do, for nothing is possible without God.

8.     And do not be quick to make promises because you do not have complete control over the nature and future.

9.     In whatever situation you find yourself, pray for the Holy Spirit to lead you aright.

10.            In your daily prayers, whenever you recite Our Lord’s Prayer, do not say, “Lead us not into temptation”. Instead do say, “Do not allow us to fall into temptation,” for the Lord does not tempt anyone.

11.            And do not boast of what you can do, for nothing is possible without God.

12.            And do not be quick to make promises because you do not have complete control over the nature and future.

13.            In whatever situation you find yourself, pray for the Holy Spirit to lead you aright.

About Peter’s Denial

Apostle Matthew: Peter denied Jesus how many times?

The Head: He denied three times.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what is the cause?

The Head: Sometimes, a person’s conscience is absent, and therefore, the person forgets. But when he regains himself, he knows that he has not done what he supposed to do. And to the flesh, Peter was afraid of being arrested also.

Apostle Matthew: Yourself answered very well. Number 2, he was afraid. The people he was looking at, were far stronger than himself. But Peter did not know that in spirit, he was stronger than all those people. That was number 3.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, as soon as Peter denied Jesus three times, what happened?

The Head: He repented and wept.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, why?

The Head: He recollected himself, remembered what Jesus had told him and knew the costly mistake that he had made.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, not only that Peter remembered what Jesus had told him, as soon as he denied three times, he looked out and his eyes met with the eyes of Jesus. He could not have remembered what Jesus had told him, by himself. It was when his eyes met with the eyes of Jesus that he remembered what Jesus had told him, saying, “Before the cock crows three times, you shall deny me three times.”

More Explanations

1.     During the time of Jesus, no two persons were high priests, just like the modern day situation where so many people are high priests.

2.     The fact is that the church of God has only one high priest at a time. Not two or more.

3.     Several high priests or heads means that the religious leaders are creating numerous religions and diverse churches, ministries and fellowship.

4.     What God wants is one flock and one shepherd, just as Jesus prayed that all may be one.

5.     Do not be in haste to effect punishment, especially when you do not know who is right or wrong.

6.     Many lawyers and judges have put themselves inside the fiery chambers of hell fire, because they persecuted or maltreated the Saints of God.

7.     Therefore, every lawyer or judge must study spiritual science, before being recognized as a lawyer or judge, for there are so many things which the ordinary eyes do not see, and there are spiritual dimensions cases which dimensions should be taken into consideration, before making final judgement.

8.     For example, who would you blame in this case? The driver who knocked down a drunkard on the road, or the native doctor that used charm to manipulate the driver into killing the drunkard?

9.     In this above sample case, three persons are the possible defaulters. One, the drunkard, because he was drunk and misbehaving. Two, the driver, because he killed drunkard. And three, the native doctor, because he used charm to manipulate the driver into accident.

Beware Of Judgment

Behold, it is wrong for a human being to judge the God Almighty, the creator of the heavens and the earth. Many people are committing the same offence today, in this present and modern generations, because they sit in judgment over the man who saw God face to face, without knowing that He is Jesus Christ reincarnated.

It is a sin evil and abomination to judge God Almighty, who is perfect in all His ways. Many people have lost their way to the kingdom of heaven, because they were judging, criticizing, condemning, blaspheming God or working against what God said.

Purple Clothe And Wooden Cross

Apostle Matthew: Where did the purple clothe come from?

It was one of the clothes given as gifts by the Queen of Sheba to King Solomon. It was in existence since the time of King Solomon.

After Queen of Sheba presented gifts to King Solomon, who was a prophet, the Angels revealed and explained to King Solomon about the coming of Jesus Christ, and directed him to safe keep the purple clothe. It was the chief priest and priests that went into the temple of God and brought out the clothe and gave it to the soldiers.

Similarly, the wood used in making the cross was one of the properties of King Solomon. It was one of the woods used to decorate the King Solomon’s palace.

King Solomon built a water reservoir in his palace, and crossed it with this very wood. When the Queen of Sheba visited King Solomon, she walked on this wood across the water reservoir. The power of the Holy Spirit in that wood healed her, before she stepped into the water.

Confirmatory Evidences

They are among the evidences to show the world of humanity that the crucifixion and death of Jesus was not a chance incident. It did not just happen by chance. It was predestined by God Almighty. They also prove to the world that Jesus is truly the Messiah, Lord and Saviour. The roman soldiers crucified Jesus, not because they can, not by their own power and might, but because it was the will of God for the salvation of mankind.

The colour purple signifies a king. It also means the best quality, and the highest grade or level. In other words, even during judgment and at death, God was in control and Jesus is indeed the King of Kings.

God put the healing power of the Holy Spirit in that wood to heal the Queen of Sheba. This healing miracle was a sign to the world of the healing, restorative and saving power of Jesus Christ, represented by the cross. The same power was invoked by Holy Moses in making the snake on the cross-shaped staff, which healed the Israelites bitten by snakes.

Beware Of Satan

1.     People who are bent on doing evil do not listen to genuine excuses.

2.     And they do not mind the grievous consequences.

3.     Jesus knew that Pilate was ignorant of the Truth and should be innocent by not crucifying Him, and Jesus warned Pilate against shedding blood, when Jesus said, "You could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above. Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin."

4.     When evil men plot to do evil, they count their enemy facilitators as if they were friends. Imagine the Israelite leaders, who detest Roman Empire calling Caesar their king - The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar!"

On The Proceedings Of His Judgment

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, why did the bible authors wrote trial?

The Head: They wrote it according to their understanding.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what is trial in Igbo language?

The Head: It is judgment.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, trial is different from judgment.

What is judgment?

The Head: It is the deliberations and proceedings to determine if a person has committed offence and the necessary punishments.

Apostle Matthew: What is trial?

The Head: A trial can be a temptation, a test or a challenge.

Apostle Matthew: But, what should the bible authors have written there?

The Head: What they should have written there is judgment.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, are the bible authors writing trial in the sense that a human being can try God?

The Head: It is not that. The trial they wrote there is the judgment that was carried out to know the facts, to determine if allegations were true or false.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, but themselves did not understand what ------.

The Head: They supposed to have written judgment, and then explain it, for the meaning to be discovered, to be known.

Apostle Matthew: How can people………..?

In the Yahweh's Book Of Life, the word, trial, shall not be therein.

The Head: Yes.

The Two Kingdoms

Jesus answered, “My kingship is not of this world; if my kingship were of this world, my servants would fight, that I might not be handed over to the Jews; but my kingship is not from the world.”  John 18:36

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what does this statement mean?

The Head: The world is full of darkness, forces of darkness are ruling the world. It is this kingdom of darkness and all their works that Jesus said are not of His kingdom. The world created by God is separate and different from the kingdom of darkness. But the two co-exist as of now.

Apostle Matthew: Chukwudi, give your own explanation.

Chukwudi: The kingdom of Jesus is both the heaven and the earth.  But the world that Jesus was explaining here is the kingdom of darkness. Tully, Jesus is the King of Kings and the king of this world.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, your explanations are correct.

But, why did the bible authors not explain it?

The Head: It is important to explain it to people. That is why all the pastors and reverend fathers – ministers of God – have being told to come to DivineBase Ministry, so that they first learn the truth, before they go into leading the flock, the children of God.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the children of God who do not have spiritual understanding, do think that what Jesus was saying was that He is less-concerned about this world.

The Head: That is true.

Apostle Matthew: But themselves forget that prayer which Jesus said, “Father, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”

Son of man, what does that show?

The Head: It means that as it is in heaven, even so it shall be here on earth. This is a work for humanity to do, but people do not know that the work is for humanity to do, and are following Satan, following all the ways of destruction.

Son of man, yourself answered very well.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, it also shows that he king ruling in heaven shall be ruling here on earth, and all shall become one kingdom and one king. It also shows that heaven and the earth shall be one, and what is being done in heaven shall be what is being done here one earth. Son of man, this portion has to be explained very well for humanity.

The Head: Yes.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what they call judgment, which they also call trial, that is how God the father in heaven wanted it to be. If God the father had wanted it to be like that, because there is no power that could have done it. And there is no human being to question it, concerning the FirstSon.

Son of man, this portion shall be explained very well for humanity, for themselves to know. But the word, trial, written by the bible authors, has to be removed. Yourself have to remove it. It shall not be recorded at all. Son of man, the judgment is correct, but not complete.

Why did Pilate flog Jesus Christ?

Why did he do disgraceful things against Jesus?

The Head: He wanted to please the Israelites and the crowd, to win them over, to set Jesus free. But the people hardened their hearts.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, in his heart, Pilate was condemning himself - himself was having guilty conscience. But, whoever that is innocent before God the father, the same is innocent before man. Pilate did what he did, but it was not from his heart -  it was not his intention. Instead, himself was looking at the faces of Israelites – trying to please the people when the people are wrong.

Chukkwudi: Son of man, that is the problem that the leaders do have.

Apostle Matthew: Yes.

The Head: Many of them do things to please people, and by so doing they turn their back on God the father.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, ourselves, the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven, are leaving out the conduct of Pontus Pilate, and he has no power to crucify Jesus.

What of the spiritual power and authority?

It is the physical power and authority that myself is explaining, because Pontus Pilate had have no power. It was the tradition of the Israelites, that every Feast Of Passover, one criminal shall be released. And it was the Israelites that voted to determine who shall be released, it was not Pontus Pilate. Instead, what usually happened was that after the Israelites have voted to determine who shall be released, Pilate himself gives the order for the person to be released.

So, why did the bible authors wrote that Pilate said that he had the power to release Jesus?

Beware Of The Silence Of The Innocent

1.   Do not assume the silence of the innocent to be consent, agreement or approval to a statement, to do evil or to act on their behalf.
2.   Silence is the best answer to a fool.

Always Stand For The Truth

1.   Do not bear false allegation against somebody.
2.   Do not bear false witness against somebody, so that your soul shall not go to hell fire.
3.   Do not cheat people in order to make more money or profits.
4.   Do not rob Peter to pay Paul.
5.   Do not please those in positions of authorities, by speaking bad of others.
6.   Do not support people because of the stolen money and ill-gotten wealth that they shall give you.
7.   Do not accept bribe, for bribe falsifies the course of justice, and leads into the fiery chambers of hell.

Abide By The Warning Messages From God

1.     God’s warning is always timely, just as the wife of Pilate warned him.

2.     But, often, both religious and civil leaders neglect such important messages and warnings.

The High Priest Questions Jesus

The high priest then questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching.  Jesus answered him, “I have spoken openly to the world; I have always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where all Jews come together; I have said nothing secretly.  Why do you ask me? Ask those who have heard me, what I said to them; they know what I said.”

When he had said this, one of the officers standing by struck Jesus with his hand, saying, “Is that how you answer the high priest?”  Jesus answered him, “If I have spoken wrongly, bear witness to the wrong; but if I have spoken rightly, why do you strike me?”  Annas then sent him bound to Ca′iaphas the high priest. John 18:19-24

Jesus Before The Council

And they led Jesus to the high priest; and all the chief priests and the elders and the scribes were assembled. And Peter had followed him at a distance, right into the courtyard of the high priest; and he was sitting with the guards, and warming himself at the fire. Now the chief priests and the whole council sought testimony against Jesus to put him to death; but they found none. For many bore false witness against him, and their witness did not agree. And some stood up and bore false witness against him, saying, “We heard him say, ‘I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and in three days I will build another, not made with hands.’” Yet not even so did their testimony agree.

And the high priest stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, “Have you no answer to make? What is it that these men testify against you?” But he was silent and made no answer.

Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?” And Jesus said, “I am; and you will see the Son of man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.” And the high priest tore his garments, and said, “Why do we still need witnesses? You have heard his blasphemy. What is your decision?”

And they all condemned him as deserving death. And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to strike him, saying to him, “Prophesy!” And the guards received him with blows. Mark 14:53-65

Explanations:

1.     Truth is what it is, whether people believe it or not, just as the sun is shining above, whether the blind man believes it or not.

2.     Out of all the religious founders in the world, only Jesus Christ is the Lord and Saviour of humanity.

3.     The High Priest broke the law of God, by tearing his garment. The law states that the priest must not tear his garment. By tearing his garment, the high priest proved to the world that himself was being possessed and manipulated by Satan.
