The Signs

Apostle Matthew: By the following signs you know that a man has married the right wife or husband:

Number 1, in no distant time they shall divorce.

Number 2, family crisis and marriage problems abound, overwhelmingly.

Number 3. Son of man, is the way the man and the woman meet themselves.

The Head: Yes, I included this point. God expects His children to join and remain in the true Covenant System Of Worship, because that is where the children of God have their works ordered in sequence. When a person move according to his destiny, in the Covenant System Of Worship, the Angels have planned it in such a way that the person will meet his or her right partner, in the Covenant System Of Worship, but many people do not meet and marry their right partners, because they have turned their back on God and His Covenant System Of Worship. They have scattered themselves into various religions, churches, ministries and fellowships. People marry because of money and wealth, and not because they were destined to live together. And that is why people are in various problems.

Apostle Matthew: Number 4. Their spiritual levels have to be considered. A woman who is a saint, shall marry a man who is a saint. It is not all the saints that God allows to many a person who is not a saint….

If a person, a saint, has grown high in spirit, there is never a time God the Father will place the person with another person who has not yet grown in spirit. This is not allowed at all, because the person who is not a saint shall pull down the person who is a saint.

That is what actually happens, whether a person has faith or not. The Angels do not do this by faith, because the way the Angels understand marriage is not the way humanity do understand marriage. This is because the two are already one. One spirit. Spiritual vibration can move from one person into the other. If the two persons are not grown up in spirit, if one has grown and the other has not, how can the two live and work together?

The Head: It is not fitting.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the result shall be disorderliness. And many works, burdens, are created for the Angels, due to wrong marriage partner.

Son of man, there is no way such two person shall stay in the marriage. Spiritually the saints of God shall be striving to stand and progress forward. The Angels shall be striving to make the person stand and continue to grow.

But the other person at low spiritual level shall be striving to pull the other down.

Apostle Matthew: Who shall win the struggle?

The Head: On many occasions, they pull themselves down, because when confusion becomes overwhelming, each person starts to do whatever he thinks will work, whether good or bad. And they shall not be interested or steadfast in doing what God wants.

Apostle Matthew: Number 6 is when the Angels abandon the marriage or where crisis are excessive, that is when the evil spirits and marine spirits have the chance to come into the marriage to disorganize it or to cause problems and hatred and enmity.

Number 7, the characters of those involved in a marriage matter a lot. One partner finds it hard to learn the behavior of the other. And learning somebody’s character is not easily done, and character is not is easily learnt in a day.

That is why, we say that spiritual levels matter a lot. If the two persons have grown up in spirit, the same Holy Spirit shall be using the two persons to do work. They shall be seeing and understanding things the way Angels do, and none shall hinder the other.

Number 8, another character issue is how the person speaks. The way one partner speaks to his or her fellow human beings determines a lot. You can know a person just by the way he approaches others.

Do you not see the Angels?

Do they often rebuke the saints, in the world?

The Head: No.

Apostle Matthew: The Angels behaves gently. They relate with the saints in a respectful and polite manner.

Apostle Matthew: Number 9, another factor is the family background. If a man and a woman agree to marry each other, if the marriage is not approved by God, they shall not marry. The spirit from the man’s family and the spirit from the woman’s family shall not relate peacefully.

Son of man, is it the same spirit?

The Head: No.

Apostle Matthew: Is it the same Holy Spirit?

The Head: No.

The Head: In other words, the fact that the man and the woman are from the same church, ministry or fellowship is not the only determinant. At present, humanity encourage people to marry a member of his or her church. That is not what God is saying. God means that the two shall remain steadfast in the Covenant System Of Worship established by God. And they have to grow up in spirit and obey the Holy Spirit.

When Divorce Is Good And Approved

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the Holy Spirit is able to make way, and able to make all things easy. And all the confusions, the Angels are able to prevent them, and provide solutions. That is why it is very important.

But, Son of man, where the two wrong partners do marry themselves, the Angels do give them time. To some people, one year; to others, two years; and to some others 3, 4 or 5 years.

The Head: For them to correct their spiritual levels. But many cannot do so because they do not know the right things they should be doing.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the Angels shall make sure that they separate, if they cannot correct their spiritual levels. If it is the man or the woman that God wants, the Angels shall remove the person from the marriage. This happens both spiritually and physically, which people do often see.

Or do people not see it?

The Head: They see it.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the point we are making is this: the fact that two persons married and separated does not mean that Satan is the cause.

The Head: Some of the separation and divorce are the works of re-organization and salvation, to put everybody where he or she should be.

Obedience Is Necessary

Apostle Matthew: Number 10, it is very important that when a man wants to marry, let the man listen to God, and know when God says he should marry or not.

Let the parents not be quick to force a person into marriage. Parents are fond of doing this. Let parents stop pushing their children into marriage. Let them stop pushing the first son or daughter into marriage. Doing so is not good.

In some cases, number 11, the time specified by God, for people to do God’s work, is not honoured by the people. People do not abide by that time for working for God. They should first work for God, before getting into marriage. When they marry at that time they supposed to work for God, the marriage becomes a hindrance to doing God’s work.

One reason is that the marriage partner is not the right person intended by God. God and His Angels want to bring the right person at the end of doing God’s work. Some people are destined to marry at their youthful age. Others shall marry at their old age.

Number 12, people do not walk in spirit. That is why all people should walk in spirit, for them to understand what God wants. And this does not means that it pleases God to disorganize a marriage.

The Head: But the separations and divorce is necessary.

Apostle Matthew: As the two partners separate, both say that God has given them set back. That is not true.

Number 13, the failure to make inquiries.

The Head: When marriage crisis happens, some people do ask, “Where is God?”

Why didn’t God prevent the wrong marriage?

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, ask them when they entered into the marriage, or before engaging in the marriage, what inquiries did they make?

What did the Holy Spirit say about the marriage?

Did the Holy Spirit say the marriage shall remain steadfast?

Or, did the Holy Spirit tell them not to marry, and they went and conducted the marriage, privately or secretly?

The Head: Many people who are asked not to marry, do marry themselves by force, out of disobedience. Not few, many people do this.

Lustful Marriage

Apostle Matthew: In many marriages, people involved themselves in lust and not love. One fact is that they do not even know what love in marriage is. Some of the marriages are just lust.

People marry because a woman is beautiful, very tall. Some women marry because the man is very huge or handsome. That is lust. That is why after a short while, they shall not be able to stay together, because lust does not remain steadfast. But love is steadfast.

Confirmation Of Marriage

Apostle Matthew: You can confirm a marriage or divorce. Son of man, tell all the married people already separated by God, let them inquire from the Holy Spirit.

Second confirmation is what happens in their midst while they were married. The type of life they lived matters a lot.

Against Misconducts After Divorce

Son of man, when divorce is confirmed and concluded, the heavens do not want them to relate as enemies, blinking the evil eye at each other. The heavens do not want them to mock or condemn one another. They shall not gossip about each other. We do not want them to criticize or backbite one another.

Behaving in such bad and unfriendly ways provokes the anger and wrath of God. As far as they have separated, after three or five years, they are totally separated. The man can greet the woman, and the woman can greet the man. We do not want one family rising against or condemning the other. We do not want the two families to become enemies to each other.

Son of man, you know humanity claim to be wise and strong?

The Head: Yes.

Apostle Matthew: Because God gave them free will and free choice.

The Head: Yes.

Right Use Of Free Will And Free Choice

Apostle Matthew: God did not give humanity free will and free choice for everybody to do as he wants. Every wise child of God will like to use his God-given knowledge and strength to serve and worship God. They want to use the power and glory, which God has given to them, to work for God. It is only the people who do not know God that do things the way they desire.

Against Repeating The Same Marriage

If a couple insists on marrying one another, such that after God has pulled down their marriage, they go and re-marry, again and again, it is not true marriage, and it is not good.

One flogging, a sign, from God is that they shall not bear children. Another sign is that they may bear a child and the child will die. Or the woman shall be having miscarriage always.

A third sign is that the man cannot bear children through the woman. When people add and subtract, consider all these factors and developments, according to human knowledge, many things shall not go well. Therefore, let people go into the spirit to understand the truth.

Son of man, all these considerations have to be examined in a marriage. They are very important, because many married people are creating many works and burden for the Angels. It is of no benefit to marry, and after two 2 or 5 years, divorce. It is better to stay alone than to marry and divorce.

Son of man, is this true or false?

The Head: It is true.

Bad Reasons For Marriage

Apostle Matthew: If a woman is not ready for marriage, let them not marry. Some women marry just to enjoy a man’s money and wealth or just to answer name, but they are not ready for marriage.

Son of man, every woman that divorces and returns her bride price, she is no longer the man’s wife.

If a woman goes home, or the husband drives her away, as far as the bride price is still in the hands of the parents, the woman still the man’s wife. The woman is free to return to her husband.

When a woman returns her bride price, people should not be quick to bring the woman back into the same marriage again.

Handwork Of Angels

Many of the things that happen in marriage are being initiated, pushed and sustained by the Angels, to make all things to move according to the will of God.
