The archangel in-charge of rain do stand inside the flowing water. The
water keeps on pouring on his body, giving him joyfulness and gladness of
heart.
Failure to attend prayers and worship, or other activities, because of
rain, is not an acceptable reason.
Control Of Rainfall

We are making a promise to you DivineBase congregation. When
you gather in the presence of God, for prayers and worship, rain shall fall
after you have concluded prayers and worship, after you have gone home.
The rain shall fall in order to bring down the blessings for
the day. But, it shall not fall when you congregation gather in the presence of
God, because I have work in the sky.
