1. Kneel down and bend over, so that your forehead touches the ground.

2. Each time you do so, say, “Holy is the Lord”.

3. For three times, repeat No. 1 above and saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord”.

4. For seven times, repeat No. 1 above and saying, “Holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy, holy is the Lord”.

5. In place of Lord, you can say God Almighty or Yahweh.

6. It is necessary to bow down whenever you enter the temple the first time in a day, because God is present.

7. Bowing down means: All glory, honour, power, majesty, … be unto the Lord. Amen.
