Introduction
         The following factors determine the effectiveness of a minister of God, among other factors:
  1. Sincerity Of Purpose
    This was demonstrated by Prophet Daniel. He engaged himself in prayers and fasting, seeking the face of God. Immediately, God answered his prayers. Therefore, Daniel was abler to receive and record so many important prophecies which span thousands of years and are today accurate in details.

  2. Prophetic Ability, called Extra Sensory Perceptions (ESP)
    This includes the ability to see visions, receive oracles (oral messages), dream, trance, spiritual possession, resonance disposition, etc. The ordinary visioner can easily see or perceive common ghosts, but only a person advanced in spiritual level can see or perceive high level negative energies. While an oracle can only receive and deliver messages from the spirits, the high level visioners can see and describe the demons or evil spirits. Generally, the higher the spiritual level and abilities of a MINISTER the better for the congregation.

  3. Level of spiritual knowledge
    Generally, what most of the ministers know about the spiritual side of life is both narrow and shallow. That is one reason why humanity have fallen on the ladder of spirituality, by moral decadence and spiritual depravity, when they should have moved from strength to strength and from one level to a higher level. Today, majority are so ignorant that they do not even know that there are seven spiritual levels for them to attain in order to see God and realize their Godly nature. Even religious leaders are ignorant of this fact.

  4. Destiny
    The destiny that a person has to undergo in his current lifetime is a determining factor. For a person who has learnt enough from his suffering or who has suffered enough, it is easy to effect healing, deliverance or changes in his life.

  5. Purpose Of The Sickness Or Suffering
    A person may be made to suffer one kind of problem or another in order to achieve certain aims in his life. Once the aim is achieved, the person is easily set free.

  6. Resolve Of The Saint Guiding The Spiritual Healer
    If the spiritual healers or prayer warriors follow the directives of their guide, they achieve better and faster results than those who do not obey instructions.

  7. Enabling Environment
    God’s power is usually generated, transmitted and distributed by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, holiness is very important. Where the laws of holiness are observed, people get better and quicker results from ministrations.

  8. Inquiry From The Holy Spirit
    Many ministers attend to people according to their (minister’s) personal opinions, collective decisions made at meetings, councils, synods and conferences. Thereby, they fail to obtain the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which is the key to successful ministration. That is why a minister of God needs to spend quite times with God often, so that he can always lead the flock entrusted into his care in the right direction. Today, many ministers make decisions and take actions without inquiring from the Holy Spirit.

  9. Frequency Of Spiritual Practice
    The more a minister of God prays for people, the more he is able to receive divine instruction, guidance and power to solve people’s problems.

  10. The Assisting Angels
    True ministers of God have heavenly Angels, who assist them, who also perform the miracles, even without the minister knowing that miracle is taking place. It these heavenly Angels that bring down answers to prayers and also enable the minister s with the powers of the Holy Spirit. Likewise, those who use forces of darkness have evil spirits, demons, mermaids, ghosts, witches assisting them. But this is very bad and must be discouraged.

  11. Intended Purpose Of The Healing
    Spiritually, the main purpose of healing is for people to be free and able to grow in spirit and in truth. The unfortunate thing is that most often, people return to their evil ways after the healing. This attitude alone makes the healing useless. For those who are spiritually enlightened, both the healer and the healed can be misguided in situation where the healer or miracle worker is being assisted by negative energies like demons, ghost or idols. In such a case, the intention of the evil spirit in rendering such a help are to mislead the healer and the healed, take control of them, pollute them and eventually bring them into the hell fire. While healing and miracles are good, you must be careful in selecting those ministers you consult.
         When ministers are being enabled by the evil spirits, the teeming flock do not or cannot, understand that they are dealing directly with the devils, whose only intention is to bring people to doom. The strategy of the evil ones are:
  1. To perform miracles in order to deceive people. Thereby, people are made to have faith in the healer or miracle worker.

  2. Because people think such a minister is true, they continue to return to the healer, from time to time.

  3. While the demons solve the person’s problem, the demons secretly deposit more evil potencies in the bodies of those healed. By so doing, the demons keep people in the habit of constantly requiring help from the minister.
