Apostle Peter: When an Angel or Saint comes down here, from heaven, ask him questions. If he cannot answer the questions, or if he keeps silent, then he is not from God. Do not regard the angel or saint.

The Head: This measure is necessary, because many people claim that spirit is speaking to them, or that they are having visions, without know which spirit is speaking or showing visions to them. People easily forget the fact that as there are many different types of evil spirits, even so there are numerous messages and visions from them.
