Archangel Michael Speaks
About Church Administration
Peace
Committee
We,
the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven, are giving humanity the last warning.
Tell
humanity, tell them,
Myself, the heaven’s
warrior, Archangel Michael, is telling them, let there be a committee that
settles cases.
Even
if somebody offends you in this ministry, go and report, whether the person is
a child or an adult. Go and report.
Committee
In-Charge Of Children
Select
a group to be in-charge of children. If a child does what is bad, call upon the
person in-charge of the children. For in heaven, everything is perfect.
Why
should all things not be perfect, complete and adequate, in God’s house?
Canopy
For Children
Endeavour
to provide a canopy outside. Any person, who comes here with children, let the
person stay outside. Allow them a grace period, until the mission provides such
space outside.
Jesus Speaks About Reports
Tell
every minister given a post in this ministry, groups, associations and
branches, including future members, all over the world, they shall start to
give reports. When the time comes, the head or administrative secretary shall
inform you all. Report is compulsory, and all reports go to the throne of God.
About All External
Meetings
1. Inform
The Ministry.
2. Go
with God’s messages and warnings.
3. If the
meeting accept and comply with the messages and warnings, continue to associate
with them. But, if they refuse, stop associating with them, because they are
not able to save you from hell fire. Salvation and race of life is a personal
assignment.
4. Give
feedback to the ministry.
Moderation
The
leader should be serious in rebuke and considerate in action.
Investigation Is Compulsory
"If
you hear someone in one of your cities, which the Lord your God gives you to
dwell in, saying, 'Corrupt men have gone
out from among you and enticed the inhabitants of their city, saying, "Let
us go and serve other gods"' — which you have not known — then you shall inquire, search out, and ask
diligently. And if it is indeed true and certain that such an abomination was
committed among you,…” Deuteronomy 13:12-15
Compulsory Procedure
1. Planning.
2. Necessary
provisions.
3. Verifications,
inspection and confirmations.
4. Implementation – Execution.
5. Inspection
6. Dedication/Submission.
7. Usage and feedback.
Management
Ensure
good management and careful handling of materials and vessels. Avoid rumpling
materials, and do not be quick to destroy good bags, cartons and packages,
because you may need them again.
The Right Person To Lead
On the debate, whether a woman
shall lead the church of God or not, the Master said:
1.
The
person given power and authority is the man.
2.
The
woman was not created to lead, but to help, to assist. She was made to be a
helper, an assistant, a facilitator.
3.
Therefore,
the man shall lead, while the woman shall follow.
4.
“It
is an abomination for a woman to lead the man,” says Yahweh the Lord of the
Hosts.
5.
Therefore,
in every organization or group, the man shall lead.
6.
Likewise,
in the church of God, it is the man that shall be made the head or leader.
7.
That
is why, generally, it seems that women do not have good thinking faculty; they
were meant to obey and follow instructions.
8.
The
women shall not lead because they are fond of quarrelling among themselves, and
they are prone to discriminate a lot.
9.
The
woman may lead a group, department or branch mission. But, she must not lead
the entire church of God.
10.
The
woman may lead the church, when there are no able men to lead. And her
leadership, during that time, shall be in acting capacity.
11.
But,
as soon as an able man is available, the woman shall hand over to the man.
Reasons
Why A Woman Shall Not Lead The Church Of God
1.
They
are prone to react wrongly. Step on the toes of a man, and he would quietly
draw your attention to the discomfort. But, step on the toes of a woman, and
she would readily curse or abuse you and call you names.
2.
The
women react in shameful manners.
3.
They
over react to statements and actions. For example, they are fond of complaining
and complaining and complaining, about past events, often repeating the tale of
past incidents.
4.
They
are always self-conscious, which is a hindrance to spiritual life, growth and
development. They suppose to be God-conscious.
Obverse how they by-pass a mirror or any reflective surface. The man may just
pass by, but the woman will always look at herself on the mirror surface. Tell
people about coming events, the men will concern themselves with how to make
the events succeed, but the women would concern themselves with what they shall
wear on that day.
5.
They
are always on the edge – often defensive and offensive. If you laugh, around a
man, the man would say that you are happy or ask you what is amusing you. But,
if you laugh around a woman, she will ask you, why you are laughing at her.
6.
Thye take actions,
without minding the consequences. In one case, visitors were coming to house.
Immediately a woman saw them, she got up, entered the house and locked the
door. A sign that she does not like those visitors and does not want them to
come into the house. If you call up the case, the woman will be quick to say I
did not say anything. Truly, she did not say anything, but her body language
has said so many bad and terrible things.
7.
Thereby,
they cause a lot of problems and crisis.
8.
They
make statements without minding the implications and consequences.
9.
They
are suspicious of one another. In one case, a woman was sitting with me inside
the church and we were discussing. Immediately she sighted her co-wife, she got
up and changed her locations, as if she was not discussing with me.
10.
They
turn minor facts into mountainous crisis and hard problems. That is why
mothers-in-law have turned themselves into murderers-in-law, tearing apart
every good marriage and defying every peaceful settlement.
11.
They
can do things without reasoning. One woman was fond of sending house boys and
house maids home, without first informing their
parents, even so without any preparations and gifts.
12.
They
do not easily forgive and forget.
13.
It
is hard to see a woman who is treating the children of other women the way she
treats her own children. They find it hard to take good care of other people’s
children, unless where they gain some rewards.
14.
They
tend to be stubborn.
15.
They
are impatient, especially where their respect and honour
are at stake.
16.
They
are quick to react, without following due processes, and without first doing
necessary investigations.
17.
They
listen to gossip a lot, and are fond of gossiping.
18.
They
take uninformed decisions. For a family prayer and deliverance, a woman was
urging the prayer team to come. But when the prayer group leader called on her
husband, the man said, “Let me first meet and discuss with my wife”.
19.
They
misinterpret other people’s actions. A woman accused her friend of enmity,
because the friend waved, as the woman was coming. When the enmity became very
severe, the woman said, “I was coming towards her and she waved me off.” When
the panel of judges asked the other woman, she said, “I was only waving off a
fly that was disturbing me.” Who among these two women is saying the truth?
Sometimes, it is hard to tell.
20.
They
pretend a lot. A woman might be outwardly friendly, but harbours
a deadly malice inside her heart.
21.
They
can easily tell lies and fabrications. An elderly woman knows how to use her
words and body language to deceive and control people a lot. This is one of the
reasons why family crisis and marriage failures are hard to settle. For
instance, an aged woman would curse the children of her son, whom she does not
like, whenever the children greet her, and still turn round to tell her other
sons that the children do not greet her. In anther
instance, an aged woman accused her daughter-in-law of not giving her food. But
the fact is that each time the daughter-in-law cooked food and gave to the aged
woman, the woman would reject the food and accused the daughter-in-law of
putting poison in the food.
22.
Many
family and inter-family crisis persist and worsen, because women make decisions
and take actions, in areas where they have no authority.
23.
Marriage
cases abound in the courts of law. What the lawyers and judges fail to
understand and take into consideration is that in many cases, the real
complainants and defendants are the relations at home, who are not even in the
court.
24.
Etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,
etc and etc.
